Welcome to https://www.hisvesselacademy.com The https://www.hisvesselacademy.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by His Vessel Educational Services Non-profit.

. https://www.hisvesselacademy.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of hisvesselacademy.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.

His Vessel Academy

His Vessel Educational Services, His Vessel Academy is to inform people about education-related services for parents who have K-12 students interested in skills such as English, Math, Science, and History but not limited to these topics. We offer products and services for students to enhance their skills. We offer small group and one-on-one tutoring.

Privacy Policy

Your use of https://www.hisvesselacademy.com is subject to MC Tutoring DBA His Vessel Academy's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Electronic Communications

Visiting www.hisvesselacademy.com or sending emails to His Vessel Educational Services DBA His Vessel Academy constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Site satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

Cancellation/ Refund Policy

For small group full year classes, All payments for classes are non-refundable after one (1) calendar month from the date of purchase or enrollment. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within this one-month period. After this time, no refunds will be issued, regardless of participation or completion status.

By enrolling in our classes, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. It is the responsibility of both the service provider and the purchaser to fully understand and accept the financial obligations and refund terms outlined herein.

For online tutoring services you may receive a refund within 24 hours of canceling or rescheduling a class.

All invoices are sent directly after tutoring sessions and online classes. You have 5 days to pay the invoice. After 5 days, there is a $5 late fee. 

You may also sign up for auto-pay. Auto-pay goes through the date that you paid for your first class and repeats on the same day thereafter, even if you change your class day and time. You have the option to sign up for auto pay when you pay for online classes or tutoring. Email hisvesselacademy@gmail.com with any questions. 

His Vessel Academy offers products and services at www. hisvesselacademy.com. All products and services at His Vessel Academy are non-refundable. 

Courses will be available to the user as long as this website is in existence.

Children Under the age of 13

His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.hisvesselacademy.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services

If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. HIS VESSEL EDUCATIONAL SERVICES DBA HIS VESSEL ACADEMY AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

Termination/ Access Restriction

His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Illinois in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal processes, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy's right to comply with governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy with respect to such use. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy with respect to the Site, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.

Changes to Terms

His Vessel Educational Services  DBA His Vessel Academy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.hisvesselacademy.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
